By engaging in business with Diesel Enterprises(D.E.) you agree to the terms listed below:

  • We do not warranty any of the items sold. All items sold factory new are warranted by the manufacturer and should be contacted directly by the consumer. Used and Surplus guns are sold as-is and no warranty is expressed or implied. All parts sales are final and no returns are allowed.

  • Diesel Enterprises has no testing facilities and assumes no liability for the safe functioning of any firearms or accessories. All firearms should be cleaned and inspected by a gunsmith prior to use. 

  • It is the policy of Diesel Enterprises that any information you may receive directly or indirectly from anyone associated with Diesel Enterprises is only given with the explicit understanding that both parties have the underlying intent to comply with all local and federal laws.

  • Consignment of firearms has a 20% fee and is a one year finding contract. At that time the firearm will be transferred back to the original owner at their expense.

  • Transferred firearms left over 30 days will incur storage fees of $25/week that will be added to your transfer fee.

  • Storage fees will accrue until such fees meet  50% of the wholesale value of the firearm or reach 1 year. At this point, D.E. reserves the right to sell the firearm to recoop fees, At that time the firearm will be considered abandont and becomes the property of D.E.

  • Firearms left with D.E. over a year are considered abandoned and will be sold to recoope all fees. 

  • Transferees of firearms left past 30 days at D.E. may authorize, at any time, a return of the firearm to the seller, provided the transferee pays any outstanding storage fees, freight, packaging costs, and insurance costs . Transferee is responsible to obtain a return authorization (RMA) from the seller, and any seller refunds are not the responsibility of D.E. Up to 50% wholesale or 1 year of abandonment.

  • Diesel Firearms does not assume any liability for typographical errors and incorrect pricing. We reserve the right to cancel any orders due to the errors listed above

  • We accept Money orders, Certified & personal checks. If paying with a personal check please expect a week delay for the check to clear the bank.

  • The following credit cards are also accepted Visa, Mastercard and Discover.

  • Illinois residents will have 8% added to their total for state sales tax.

  • All firearms must be shipped to a FFL holder. We cannot ship any firearm until we receive a copy of your dealers FFL. Please have your dealer put your name on the FFL. They can fax the FFL to 815-756-2292 or E-Mail it to Dieselfirearms@gmail.com. 

Diesel Policies & Trades

  • We do accept trades. Please email us a description and pictures of the item or items you would like to trade.

  • If we have an item you would like to see in person please call/E-mail us to set up an appointment.

  • We are very competitive when it comes to pricing. Feel free to email us any question in regards to prices or multiple purchases.

  • At Diesel Firearms we do our best to keep our in stock items up to date; however on rare occasions an item may be sold in the store prior to us pulling the item from our online stock. If the item has been sold in the store we will make every effort to notify you immediately and come up with a possible replacement idea. We will do our best to make you happy. Customers satisfaction is our goal.

  • The firearms offered have not been test fired. We recommend that all used or surplus firearms be checked over by a gunsmith prior to firing. Along with this all used and surplus firearms will need a cleaning prior to firing.

  Shipping & Returns

  • On firearms we charge a flat rate of $30 for shipping, insurance and handling. The fixed rate shipping is for the lower 48 contiguous states. Shipping to AK or HI will incur additional shipping cost. Please email us prior to purchase for a quote. Non-firearm auctions will be charged the amount listed on  under parts shipping cost.

  • Orders are shipped within two business days of receiving payment and FFL(if required).

  • You will receive a UPS tracking number or a USPS delivery confirmation number depending on how the item is shipped. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge.

  • If you purchase multiple items from us we will combine orders to cut down shipping cost for you.

  • We do allow local pick-up on firearms. Please note that an additional $10 paperwork fee will be added to in store pick-ups. Some items may not be available for immediate pick-up in store. All IL. state 24 and 72 hour business day wait periods do apply.

  • We do not ship any items internationally.

  • If an item is damaged during shipment, you must save the box and file a claim with the shipping company. We will assist you in any way possible to help in this process.

  • On new items we do allow a 3 day inspection period from the date of delivery. During this 3 day period the firearm must remain in the FFL's possession. In order for us to accept the return of the firearm you must adhere to the following guide lines: firearms cannot be fired or leave possession of the dealer performing the initial transfer, item must remain in new condition and be returned with all original contents.

  • By placing money down on any purchase you are entering into a contract to purchase. If for any reason you have to break that contract you are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Even if the item is never shipped.

  • All returns are to be authorized by us prior to shipping. A 20% restocking fee will be charged to all returns, unless the item is not as described. The shipping charges are non-refundable and the buyer is responsible for return shipping.

  • Diesel Firearms does not warranty any of the items sold unless noted. All items sold factory new are warranted by the manufacture and should be contacted direct by the consumer. Used and Surplus guns are sold as-is and no warranty is expressed or implied.

  • For an additional charge of $30 we will ship any long gun in a new Plano scoped rifle hard case.

 Firearm Restrictions & Laws

  • Diesel Firearms sells a wide variety of firearms and some may not be legal in your area. It is your responsibility to verify compliance with your local and state laws prior to bidding. If your item is found to not be compliant with your laws a 15% restocking fee will be incurred for return of the item. All return policies listed must also be followed or the item will be refused.

  • California - Handguns must be approved by CA DOJ (except C&Rs). No assault rifles.

  • Connecticut - No assault rifles or semi auto shotguns with detachable mag.

  • Massachusetts - Handguns made after 1997 must be approved by MA DOJ, and C&R handguns are sent to FFL dealers only. No assault rifles.

  • Maryland - Handguns made after 1984 must be approved by MD DOJ. Fired case required with new handguns. No assault rifles. No assault pistols. No folding pistol grip shotguns.

  • New York - Fired case required with new handguns. C&R handguns are sent to FFL dealers only. No assault rifles. No assault pistols, or pistol version of rifles.

  • New Jersey - C&R handguns are sent to FFL dealers only, No assault rifles.

  • Illinois - FOID card for the customer, dealer, or C&R holder must be on file

Privacy Policy​

  • We may collect personal identification information from Users in a variety of ways, including, but not limited to, when Users visit our site, register on the site, place an order, fill out a form, and in connection with other activities, services, features or resources we make available on our Site. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us.   • Our Site may use “cookies” to enhance User experience. User’s web browser places cookies on their hard drive for record-keeping purposes and sometimes to track information about them. User may choose to set their web browser to refuse cookies, or to alert you when cookies are being sent. If they do so, note that some parts of the Site may not function properly.

  • We may use the email address to send User information and updates pertaining to their order. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, questions, and/or other requests. If User decides to opt-in to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information, etc.

  • We adopt appropriate data collection, storage and processing practices and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction of your personal information, username, password, transaction information and data stored on our Site.

  • Sensitive and private data exchange between the Site and its Users happens over a SSL secured communication channel and is encrypted and protected with digital signatures. Our Site is also in compliance with PCI vulnerability standards in order to create as secure of an environment as possible for Users.

  • We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners, trusted affiliates and advertisers for the purposes outlined above.

  • Diesel Enterprises has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this privacy policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
